Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Black & Tan. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, transit times are determined by the shipping provider and are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Black & Tan is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you need further assistance, you may contact us and we will do our best to help.
